JonAt the helm of Fit 4 Tri is Level 3 BTF & ASA Club coach Jonathan Horsman.  With a swim coaching background, Jon progressed into Triathlon both as a competitor and coach around 15 years ago.  Jon’s aim is to use his experience and expertise to help athletes achieve their individual goals.  He has competed in over 150 triathlons up to half Ironman distance as well as achieving GB age group qualification.  Jon provides coaching, mentoring and tutoring to the British Triathlon Federation and has been recognised by Triathlon London by receiving 'Regional Children’s Coach of the Year' in 2010 & 2011 and 'Regional Performance Development Coach of the Year' in 2013. He specialises in motivation and is extremely passionate about the sport of triathlon.  


Dr Victor ThompsonDr Victor Thompson is a Clinical Sports Psychologist with 10 years experience of working with athletes to improve performance through focusing on psychological factors. Common areas that athletes seek help for are to manage race day stress and nerves, how to boost confidence or overcome setbacks (bad race experience, crashes, accidents or injury). He also provides expert advice regularly in major triathlon publications including 220 Triathlon Magazine and running and cycling media.  Victor is an athlete too and knows what it is like to train and compete. LouiseLouise Alan-Smith is a sports & remedial massage therapist with seven years experience of working with athletes and active people. She has worked as a masseur at a number of sporting events, including the Hawaii Ironman, European Indoor Athletics Championships and cycling events. With qualifications in triathlon coaching, personal training and nutrition and her experience as a triathlete (European and World Championships), she has a breadth of useful experience. AudreyAudrey Livingston is a qualified YMCA/CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer, a BTF Level 2 Triathlon Coach and Race Referee. Her fitness career began in 2006 as a Personal Trainer. She started her triathlon coaching career in 2010 with Crystal Palace Triathletes and Windrush Triathletes. Audrey enjoys the challenges that are involved in her passion for sport, health and fitness regularly competes in Sprint, Olympic and middle distance triathlons, runs ranging from 5k to ½ marathons and the occasional sportive. Audrey is also a qualified Exercise Referral Consultant, a BACR Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation Consultant, runs her own fitness/exercise class and teaches a number of RPM/Spin and Body Pump classes.


John HullJohn Hull has 17 years experience as a swim coach.  He is ASA and STA qualified and a member of the Institute of Swimming.  He is truly passionate about the sport and never loses that sense of achievement when he assists to improve someones swimming.  John coaches at Wimbledon Dolphins and Kingston Royals swimming clubs as well as teaching at two David Lloyd centres locally. 


Anna JacksonAnna Jackson is a sports scientist specialising in exercise physiology. She previously worked for the British Olympic Association where she worked with athletes from a wide range of summer and winter olympic sports. She has also conducted research projects with companies such as the HR specialists Polar validating their latest monitors. Her expertise in physiological testing is also backed up with personal knowledge of triathlon having competed at all distances from sprint through to Ironman.
